About the role

As a Site Manager with us, you have a key role in our construction projects. You drive the projects from the initial meeting to handover and are responsible for planning, execution, follow-up, and profitability.

You create production planning with budget, resource and time plans, lead the project organization throughout the implementation phase, and have close dialogue with the client. Your focus is clear: a safe, efficient, and profitable project – with satisfied customers and engaged employees.

The role also includes responsibility for quality, environment, and work environment, as well as ensuring the project is conducted according to applicable laws, regulations, and our management system (ISO).

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Several years of experience as a site manager
• Good knowledge in construction work, planning, production calculations, and construction law
• Very good experience with financial follow-up

But equally important is how you lead. You are a clear, present, and secure leader who motivates, supports, and develops your team. You enjoy communicating and build trust in dialogue with both employees and clients.

You express yourself fluently in speech and writing in Swedish and have good knowledge of English, as documentation is a central part of our projects.
