Description

We are looking for you who want to help build and shape new LSS group homes from the ground up with staff, routines, and work processes.

We are currently building several brand-new group homes in Stockholm County and the Mälardalen region, including Österåker, Norrtälje, and Uppsala, among others.

We are seeking a Unit Manager who will be responsible for two homes where you, if you wish, become a co-owner and responsible for hiring your staff and shaping the operations in consultation with our management team. There is no investment required from your side to become a co-owner.

You must have worked several years as a manager in group homes for adults and meet the requirement to be a license holder with IVO according to LSS § 9:9. This suits you who want to take the next step to work in a new LSS company with the ambition to make everything a bit better—both for staff and users—where you have significant influence on the design.

With us, you get to work in a new operation with a clear value foundation. We focus on solution-focused pedagogy, low-arousal approaches, and the PERMA model. If you do not have prior experience with this specific model, you will be trained by us and have full support from our management team. Our ambition is to create a home where every individual experiences participation, influence, and self-determination.

Today, we have our main office in Gothenburg and will have operations by 2026/2027 in areas including Stockholm County, Mälardalen (Köping, Enköping, Västerås), Uppsala County, the Gothenburg region, and Skåne. We offer both housing and daily activities.
