About Hobbex

Hobbex is a Swedish company with a long history in hobby products and gadgets. Today, we primarily focus on radio-controlled products – everything from fast RC cars to boats, airplanes, and other fun gadgets. We operate e-commerce and sell to customers throughout the Nordic region. With us, you will find products for both beginners and enthusiasts who want speed, technology, and excitement in their hobbies.

We are a small and dedicated team where everyone contributes and new ideas are appreciated. In our customer service team, which currently consists of a customer service manager and one part-time employee, you will be able to make a real difference and be an important part of our continued development.


About the position

We are now looking for a positive and service-oriented person for a part-time position in customer service based at our service office in Storvreta. The work is mainly during office hours, but after an introduction, there is the possibility of flexible work and remote work by agreement, for example evenings or weekends.

During the summer months, there are good opportunities to work more hours when regular staff are on vacation, making this position particularly suitable for those who are studying.


Your tasks

As a customer service representative, you are the face of the company and help our customers via email and social media.


You will, among other things:

  • Help customers choose the right RC product
  • Provide advice on accessories and spare parts
  • Troubleshoot products together with customers
  • Handle incoming complaints
  • Contribute to finding solutions when customers encounter problems


For the right person, there is also the opportunity to contribute to content production for our website and social media, as well as work with our implementation/development of AI in our daily work.

Meriting

  • Experience in customer service or service
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Interest in RC products or technology
  • Knowledge of Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish


Employment conditions

  • Position: Customer Service Representative
  • Scope: Part-time up to 50% (negotiable)
  • Location: Storvreta (with the possibility of remote work after introduction)
  • Start: Immediately
  • Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
