About the role

As a supervisor with us, you work closely with job seekers to support them in the process of finding the right job or education. You will:

· Coach participants through individual conversations and guidance

· Match candidates with employers and training programs

· Assist with CVs, cover letters, and interview training

· Build and maintain a strong network of companies and organizations

· Hold inspiring presentations and informative meetings

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are searching for you who:

You must be able to work in Gislaved and Värnamo

· Have experience working within the Prepare and Match initiative

· Have a strong drive to help people move forward

· Are social, solution-oriented, and have a coaching approach to work

· Have the ability to create and maintain relationships with employers

· Have a structured and goal-oriented attitude

· Have digital competence and are comfortable holding online meetings

Requirements: (fulfill at least one of the following)

· Alternative 1

At least 180 university credits

At least two years of full-time work experience

· Alternative 2

At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with passing results

At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas:

• Supervision with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Handling of personnel matters (not just administration)
• Work with labor market and employment issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance
