About the Job
We are seeking a customer receptionist with technical competence and good administrative skills for our service facility in Sundsvall (Birsta). You will be the face of our company towards our customers and act as a link to our own service staff at the facility.
Your Main Responsibilities
Your main responsibility is to plan and allocate the workshop's work and ensure that contact with customers and suppliers occurs in a satisfactory manner. Together with your colleague, you ensure that the service technicians receive the support and guidance required to perform service and repair work.
The role also includes workshop administration, invoicing, handling complaints towards suppliers. You also receive customers via phone and in the workshop.
To Succeed and Thrive in the Role
You Have:
- Relevant background and probably some years of experience with similar tasks
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Good computer skills
- Driver's license B
- Good administrative ability
Previous experience in vehicle-related business and good vehicle technical knowledge is highly meritorious.
