About the role
As a customer service/support representative, you are often the customer's first contact with us – and thus a key person in our operations. You staff the support desk between 08:00–16:00 and assist our customers via phone and email with inquiries, orders, and problem-solving. It is important that you are familiar with systems and preferably have experience with CAD.
You serve as an important link between the customer, production, and project manager, ensuring that information flows smoothly all the way. In short: you make things happen – and make customers feel secure.
