We are now seeking you who wants to work with accounting and contribute to making our financial flows as stable as our properties.
About the Role
As an accounting economist at Lokalfastigheter, you have overall responsibility for the company's accounting. You work with everything from ongoing accounting and accounts payable to closing accounts, annual reports, and authority reporting.
You are an important part of the organization and report to the Business Controller. The role involves significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence and develop the company's financial processes.
The role is a key user in the financial system Fenix and serves as support to the operations in financial matters.
Your Main Responsibilities
• Responsibility for ongoing accounting and accounts payable
• Reconciliations, accruals, and handling of taxes and VAT
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
• Preparation of annual reports and corporate tax returns
• Authority reporting and contact with auditors
• Time reporting in projects and project follow-up
• The company's key user in the financial system Fenix
• Substitute/resource in rental administration as needed
We Are Looking for You Who
• Has post-secondary education in economics or accounting
• Has at least five years of experience in qualified accounting work
• Is confident in preparing closing accounts, annual reports, and tax matters
• Has very good system proficiency, preferably experience with the financial system Fenix
• Has good knowledge of Excel
• Expresses yourself fluently in Swedish in speech and writing
Experience in the real estate industry is meritorious.
As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and analytical. You take responsibility for your deliveries, work independently, and have high integrity in handling financial information. At the same time, you are service-oriented and enjoy supporting colleagues in financial matters.
