We are now seeking a Financial Controller who wants to help develop a fast-growing company where finance plays a central role in both growth and sustainability.

Your role

As a Financial Controller with us, you will have a business-oriented role working broadly within accounting, monitoring, and analysis. You will be an important part of creating structure, insights, and decision-making support for the business.

You work closely with management and other teams and contribute to turning numbers into concrete business decisions.

Your main responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing bookkeeping and ensuring high quality in accounting
• Prepare monthly reporting including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow, as well as reporting to the parent company
• Monitor sales, margins, costs, and key figures on a weekly and monthly basis
• Responsible for VAT reporting, employer declarations, and handling taxes and fees
• Ensure reporting to authorities as needed
• Support the business with analyses and profitability monitoring
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting work
• Document processes and routines
• Responsible for the company's AML process
• Contribute to the development of our Power BI solution

We are looking for you who have

• Post-secondary education in economics or accounting
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and financial statements
• Good understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, and accruals
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Experience with Excel at an advanced level
• Familiarity with working in business systems and with reporting
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Merit-based experiences

• Power BI or other BI tools
• Inventory accounting, product costing, or trade
• Internal control, process development, and automation
• IFRS or K3
