We are a small, lovely team now seeking a new colleague who wants to help strengthen our operations from our newly opened office in central Jönköping.

About the role:
As a Customer Service Representative at SEM Solutions, you will become an important part of our team and contribute directly to creating a positive customer experience for our partners' customers. You will have a varied role with the following main responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from our partners and customers in a professional and service-oriented manner.
- Ensure that each customer receives an excellent service experience and that their questions and needs are addressed in the best possible way, aiming to strengthen the relationship.
- Provide administrative support to our operational teams.
