Your role with us

As a hairdresser at VACKER, you are an important part of the customer experience from the first hello to the finished result. You work creatively with cutting, coloring, and advice, helping customers find both the right look and the right products. Through your personality, professional skill, and service, you create customers who want to come back, again and again.

You work closely with your colleagues in an inspiring environment where we support each other, share knowledge, and have fun together, even when the pace is high.

Are a trained hairdresser or at education levels 1–2 and want to continue developing.

Have a genuine interest in hair, trends, and people.

Are positive, engaged, and like taking responsibility.

Thrive in an environment where service and sales are a natural part of the job.

Are flexible, solution-oriented, and like taking your own initiatives.

Want to contribute to team spirit and the salon's shared success.

Master Swedish in speech and writing.
