Description

Do you want to help secure an important part of the energy supply in Scandinavia and Europe by future-proofing one of Europe's largest LPG terminals, and are you a person passionate about creating order, developing processes, and technical documentation? Then this role could be for you!

With us, you work at the heart of the energy supply. We are a terminal handling LPG that is crucial for industry, society, and households. We are responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing LPG in a safe, controlled, and efficient manner. This means a daily focus on safety, structure, and collaboration, where each employee's contribution is crucial for our customers to trust that deliveries work—around the clock, all year round.

Primagaz LPG terminal in Karlshamn has had clear volume growth and undergone positive structural changes in recent years. It's something we are both happy and proud of! But we don't stop there and now want to drive that development in an even more positive direction, do you want to be part of it?

About the Role

In this position, you have a central role in ensuring that the terminal's technical documentation is correct, up-to-date, and digitally structured. You lead our work to modernize and digitize how we handle plant information, contractors, and technical changes. The role is a natural point of contact for several different functions in the operation.

You will have significant personal responsibility, and we trust that you will drive your area forward with both professionalism and engagement. Your tasks include:

  • Updating and maintaining the plant's technical drawings and documentation
  • Digitizing archives and structuring plant information
  • Leading and administering technical changes - Management of Change
  • Implementing and putting digital systems into operation for contractor management (e.g., SSG)
  • Coordinating permits, certificates, and requirements for external contractors
  • Supporting operations, maintenance, and HSEQ with correct and current documentation
  • Participating in both internal and external audits and authority dialogues

To Thrive in the Role

To thrive and succeed in the role, you are meticulous as a person and find it easy to create clear structures. You take responsibility for your own work and enjoy collaborating with internal colleagues as well as external contractors. You are at least as comfortable and accustomed to working both out in a plant and in an office environment. You easily build good relationships and communicate in a clear and attentive manner.

We see that you have a technical background from process, mechanical, or electrical/automation areas, both through education and practical experience. You should have experience from industrial operating systems and familiarity with handling technical documentation, CAD drawings, and digital systems.

If you also have experience with Seveso operations, MOC processes, SSG, electrical installations, control systems, or work in the energy, LPG, or process industry, it is an extra plus.

We belong to an international group, so you need to be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position may become security-classified, which means a security clearance may be conducted before employment.

Working with Us

With us, you get a key role in a safety-critical and socially important operation where your work truly makes a difference for a well-functioning society. You get the opportunity to build and develop a completely new, modern, and digital documentation flow that becomes a central part of our future development.

You become part of a small but close-knit team where we help each other and where collaboration is ingrained. We are a competent, cheerful, and engaged group, and you become an important piece of the puzzle—both in the development of our operation and in maintaining an open, secure, and positive work climate.

We offer permanent employment in an international company with good development opportunities and contractual terms. Start according to agreement.

Everyone is equally different, and everyone is welcome at Primagaz! At Primagaz, we actively work for increased diversity and equality, because we know it fosters good results. That's why YOU are interesting to us.
