Merchandiser Wanted for Growing Distribution Company

Aurora Distribution is a young and rapidly growing distribution company that delivers products to the grocery retail sector, primarily ICA and Hemköp. As we expand, we now need to strengthen our team.

We are therefore looking for our next star in product picking and merchandising. In this role, you will become an important part of our team and a key point of contact out with our customers. You are responsible for ensuring that our products are always presented in the best way in-store and making sure that they are well-stocked, tidy, and appealing.

Through your work, you contribute to strengthening the presence of our brands in stores. You build relationships with store staff, ensure good exposure, and identify opportunities for our products to be seen even better. The role is suitable for someone who is meticulous, structured, and has a natural customer focus.

Previous experience from the grocery retail sector, sales, or customer relations is advantageous, but the most important thing for us is your attitude. We are looking for someone who is a team player, takes responsibility, and thrives in a role with a high pace. For the right person, there are good opportunities to develop further and work as a field sales representative in the future.

The work is operational and fast-paced. Your workday starts early in the morning, when you go directly from your car to your stores. A driver's license for a passenger car (B) is a requirement as the position is 100% out in the field.
