Apollonios School is an F–9 school located in the beautiful Långbro Park in a quiet residential area/close to nature. About the position:

We are looking for you who are a qualified librarian and want to help develop our school library into an active and integrated part of the school's pedagogical work. You will work in close collaboration with school leadership, teachers, and students to promote reading, information literacy, and source criticism.

Your work tasks will include, among others:

· Responsibility for the school library's daily operations

· Support to students in information searching and reading promotion activities

· Collaboration with school staff regarding teaching and theme work

· Development of the school library activities in line with the Swedish National Agency for Education's guidelines

Qualifications:

· Degree in library and information science

· Experience working in a school library is meritorious

· Good collaboration skills and pedagogical understanding

· Interest in children's and young people's reading development

Employment rate: 40%
