Seasonal Gardener

GUAB offers you a fun and developing summer job as a gardener where you will be an important part of our garden team! The position is a seasonal full-time employment during the period June – August 2026.

Start date June 1, 2026 or as agreed.

Job duties:

The job duties consist of hedge trimming and shrub pruning for our customers, which include condominium associations and common property associations. As a gardener, you will have daily contact with our customers and ensure they are satisfied by taking good care of the gardens.

Working hours are between 07:00 – 16:00 (flexible hours may be applicable.)

Qualifications:

You must be proficient in Swedish in speech and writing, have a B driver's license, and it is meritorious with previous work experience from garden maintenance or experience with hedge trimming and pruning.

Personal attributes:

The work involves working close to the customer and being our outward face. Therefore, we place great importance on social skills. You should be comfortable working in a team as well as individually. Accuracy and responsibility are important attributes to deliver our assignments with high quality.
