Team Leader, Garden

Jain Garden AB is growing, and to meet the increased demand from customers, we are now seeking an additional team leader.

We maintain, care for, and upkeep municipal parks and green areas, housing associations, schools, and preschools.

We are a team consisting of park workers, installation workers, group leaders/team leaders, supervisors, and a CEO who are dedicated to creating pleasant and safe green environments. We prioritize a good and safe work environment.

As a team leader, you plan, develop, and lead the work for your group. You have your supervisor to consult for assistance.

Your tasks include performing and planning the tasks to be carried out on-site, meeting with both new and existing customers. Showing our contractors for work, it may occur that you participate in operational meetings and perform fault reports.

Who are you?

You have post-secondary education in green professions such as gardener, garden installer, or similar, as well as good computer skills. You possess knowledge in practical gardening and have experience with similar tasks. You master Swedish in both speech and writing. A B driver's license is a requirement.

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities, where we seek you with strong drive and ability to work independently as well as in a group. You collaborate well with your work group, contractors, and other colleagues and contribute to a good work climate.

The position is year-round with a start date as agreed.
