Outdoor Environment Worker / Garden Installation

Kullerstad Garden & Design is seeking employees for the 2026 season for work in green area maintenance, outdoor environments, and simpler installations. You will work in a small team where quality, responsibility, and good service are important. The work suits you if you enjoy being outdoors, like practical tasks, and want to develop within green space maintenance and installation.

The season typically extends until the end of November, sometimes longer depending on weather and assignments. If the collaboration works well, there is a good opportunity for continued employment next season.

Job Duties

You will, among other things, work with:

• Maintenance of green areas

• Hedge trimming and shrub pruning

• Tree pruning at a basic level

• Planting and weed removal

• Lawn mowing and edging

You may also participate in installation projects together with our installers, for example:

• Stone paving and work with ground stone

• Building fences, privacy screens, and smaller decks

• Other practical projects in outdoor environments

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in practical outdoor work (green areas, garden, park, installation, or similar)

• Are thorough, responsible, and can work independently

• Have a Class B driver's license and preferably experience driving with a trailer

• Enjoy physical work in all weather conditions

• Have a pleasant demeanor towards customers and colleagues

Merit: Experience in carpentry, stone paving, or installation jobs.
