Architect and Designer

Wolfbuilder AB is seeking an architect/designer for our growing team in Åkersberga.

We are looking for you who want to work with both architectural design and technical construction solutions in various construction projects. With us, you will be involved in the entire process, from idea and drawing to completed basis for production.

Job Duties

• Customer contact from quotation work to finished final product
• Prepare architectural drawings, building permit drawings, and construction drawings
• Design renovations, extensions, and customized solutions
• Participate in technical coordination and development of projects
• Ensure that solutions meet requirements for function, aesthetics, and buildability
• Provide support to project management and production in technical matters

Qualifications

• Relevant education in architecture, construction, or building technology
• Experience in drawing work, design, and technical solutions
• Good understanding of the construction process
• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written

Experience in building conservation, renovation, and customer-specific projects is meritorious.
