Property Manager

About the Role

As a property manager, you will play a key role by having overall responsibility for management areas and properties in Uddevalla, Lysekil, Brastad, and Trollhättan, which includes a varied property portfolio with residential apartments and commercial premises.

You will lead a small team consisting of a management assistant/leasing agent and property technician/maintenance worker. Additional support functions, both within the organization and externally, are also available to assist.

The role involves many points of contact, and you will collaborate closely with colleagues, customers, tenants, and suppliers. An important part is to work strategically with short- and long-term management as well as the development of the properties. Another crucial aspect of your work is to create and develop long-term and strong contractual relationships with our customers.

The position is based at Cordan's main office in Uddevalla, with travel to the properties within the management area. Reporting is to the site manager and to the customer.

Your Main Responsibilities

Lead and develop the management properties with a focus on increasing the portfolio's total return.

Establishing business plans and budgets for the management properties and conducting ongoing performance monitoring.

Create, maintain, and develop good relationships with existing and potential customers and ensure a high level of service.

Prioritize, plan, and carry out daily troubleshooting, planned maintenance, and investments, as well as ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Procurement, implementation, and follow-up of various projects to ensure they are carried out with high quality and within budget.

Who Are You?

We are looking for a confident leader with strong business drive who wants to take on the role of property manager at Cordan. We primarily seek someone with previous experience from the real estate industry and property management, with a business understanding and good insight into customer relationships. You likely have a post-secondary education in economics, engineering, or real estate and/or equivalent work experience in the field.

We also see that you have good knowledge of rental law, real estate economics, budgeting, financial monitoring, and regulatory requirements. Experience in leadership is meritorious. A Class B driver's license is required.
