About K&B Property Management AB

We are an established property management company specializing in housing cooperatives. With around 30 properties in our portfolio, we serve customers in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö, and surrounding municipalities. Our head office is located in Gothenburg, and we value proximity to our customers and personal service.

The Position

As a management assistant with us, you will work to support our technical and economic property managers and the administration of our housing cooperatives. You will become part of our sharp property management team and have the opportunity to influence and develop our working methods.

Your main tasks:

  • Technical and economic management of residential properties and commercial premises.
  • Administrative work related to property management
  • Contact with housing cooperatives, contractors, and suppliers
  • Planning and follow-up of maintenance and repairs
  • Economic follow-up and budgeting work
  • Participate in and drive projects within property management.


We are looking for you who have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical and economic property management
  • Education in property management - REQUIRED
  • Strong administrative ability and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license (car required for the position)
  • Interest and willingness to develop in technical areas such as plumbing, electricity, and ventilation as well as property economics.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish
  • Service-oriented and a daily problem solver
  • Self-motivated and efficient and meets deadlines - REQUIRED
  • Knowledge of REAL property system
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excel: advanced user, deeper knowledge - REQUIRED


Advantageous:

  • Experience from the construction industry / and customer service
  • Previous work with housing cooperatives
  • Economic background
  • Worked with property systems
