📅 About the job

As a planner, you will have an important role in our daily operations. You are the one who ensures the schedule flows, that the right person is in the right place at the right time – and that our customers feel secure and satisfied 💬👩‍💼👨‍🔧.

Your tasks:

🗂️ Setting schedules and planning the days for our employees

📞 Having daily contact with customers and colleagues

📍 Optimizing driving schedules and routes

🧩 Solving the puzzle when something changes (because it does sometimes 😉)

💻 Working in our planning and booking systems

💡 Contributing with ideas to improve our planning and work environment

✔️ Be structured, solution-focused, and positive

✔️ Have computer skills and find it easy to learn new systems

✔️ Communicate well in Swedish – both spoken and written

🚘 Have a B driver's license (meritorious but not required)

Extra plus if you have worked with scheduling or planning in, e.g., home care, cleaning, or staffing 💼
