You are responsible for ensuring quality and optimization of existing products regarding legal requirements in sustainability, market demands, quality, and profitability.

You have an engineering education in mechanics, product development, or equivalent.

Have a good understanding of production economics.

Have experience in project management and design, preferably in the furniture, storage, or interior design industry.

Are accustomed to working in CAD, ERP, and Excel.

Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Focus in the Role.

· Drive and lead projects from start to finish.

· Develop and optimize designs for both our brands LG Collection & Pelly.

· Work in CAD and produce technical documentation, drawings, and models.

· Analyze requirements, needs, and data to create well-founded and efficient solutions.

· Identify improvement opportunities in products, processes, and working methods.

· Drive initiatives that simplify, streamline, and strengthen profitability.
