Description

Naturell AB develops and manufactures dietary supplements in the form of tablets and capsules containing vitamins, minerals, herbs, natural ingredients and extracts, adaptogens, nutraceuticals, and nutrients. Our headquarters and production facility are located in Åkersberga outside Stockholm. We are ISO-certified according to FSSC 22000.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • create forecasts for material suppliers and update them as needs change
  • determine and control optimal inventory levels
  • create purchase orders in the Pyramid system and send them to suppliers
  • confirm delivery dates with suppliers and update them in the system to ensure continuity in production
  • create instructions and procedures for cross-functional processes
  • improve purchasing processes
  • organize transports
  • order non-production-related materials
  • coordinate the management of workwear for staff
  • prepare analyses, reports, and summaries as assigned by superiors
  • ensure data quality in the system
  • collaborate with other departments in the company, suppliers, and customers
  • resolve ongoing issues

Qualifications and requirements:

  • university education (preferably in logistics, supply chain management, economics, production engineering, or similar)
  • at least 1–3 years of experience in a similar role in supply chain planning, purchasing, or logistics (preferably from the manufacturing industry)
  • experience with ERP systems (preferably Pyramid)
  • very good skills in MS Excel (analyses, reports, summaries)
  • ability to work with large datasets and analyze and interpret them
  • knowledge of inventory management, transport organization, and purchasing processes

Personal qualities:

  • good ability to organize work and prioritize tasks
  • analytical ability and problem-solving skills
  • accuracy and attention to detail as well as high data quality
  • communicative and enjoys working in a team and collaborating with various departments and external partners
  • independent and proactive in their work

Language skills:

  • good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing (a requirement for contact with suppliers and handling documentation)

Desirable:

  • experience in creating and implementing instructions and procedures
  • knowledge of cross-functional processes in a manufacturing environment
  • experience in improving processes and implementing optimizations in the supply chain area
  • knowledge of inventory management and transport processes
