Description

Do you want to work in a smaller company where every employee plays a crucial role in our success? Do you have experience from production or manufacturing and are curious to develop in production planning? Then this might be the right position for you!

About Us

Habia Teknofluor AB is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of fluoroplastic hose, high-pressure hose, and processed PTFE components. The customer base consists of large international companies such as Hitachi, Tetra Pak, Parker, and ContiTech, and most products are delivered outside Sweden. The business started in 1954 and has been part of Smiths Group under the Flex-Tek division since 2019. In Smiths Group, over 16,000 employees work in more than 50 countries. At Habia Teknofluor, currently around 60 people work in expansive Knivsta, located between Arlanda and Uppsala.

About the Role

As a production planner, you are responsible for planning our manufacturing based on customer orders in our business system. It's about making the whole picture work—right order, at the right time, with the right capacity.

Examples of work tasks:

  • Plan and enter manufacturing orders based on customer orders and forecasts.
  • Set up and maintain capacity for production groups and machines.
  • Follow up and manage orders when they are completed, e.g., check times, material consumption, and that everything has been correctly reported in the system.
  • Create and update items and setups for new and changed item variants (materials, times, structures) in the system.
  • Answer questions from the sales department regarding items, delivery times, and manufacturing possibilities.

Who Are You?

The role requires precision and orderliness, as planning is based on numbers such as times, quantities, and capacity. Experience working with business systems, especially Monitor ERP, is meritorious. Good Swedish and English skills are a requirement. Experience with similar work tasks is meritorious but not a requirement, as you will receive on-site training with us.

It is a big advantage if you:

  • Enjoy working in a structured and methodical manner.
  • Are comfortable with numbers and enjoy working with data, times, and resource utilization.
  • Have experience from production and understand flows and dependencies.
  • Are communicative and can collaborate well with other departments.

A driver's license is advantageous as there are not very good public transport connections to the workplace.

What Do We Offer?

We offer a fun and challenging job in a wonderfully nature-close environment in Knivsta. We are a family-like company with a good atmosphere where employees thrive and many have worked for a long time. We offer all our employees a generous wellness allowance, regular health check-ups, and follow the collective agreement of Teknikföretagen.

Start date is according to agreement, but we apply ongoing recruitment, so don't wait too long to apply!
