IBC Electrical Installation AB currently consists of eleven electricians, a project manager in service/industry, and a CEO.

We are now seeking a project manager in contracting who wants to take responsibility for driving and developing our projects together with an engaged and competent team.

We offer a role with significant personal responsibility where you work through the entire project process – from calculation and planning to execution and follow-up.

Our main assignments are with large and small industries, construction companies, and also private individuals. We are based in Höganäs, but currently have a large work area in both Skåne and Halland.

At IBC Electrical Installation, we are a close-knit team working on varied assignments. When needed, we help each other across boundaries.

Job Duties

As a project manager with us, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up projects in electrical contracting. You ensure that projects are carried out according to set goals regarding time, quality, and economy.

You have a central role in the projects and work closely with customers, installers, suppliers, and other collaboration partners throughout the process.

Your main job duties include:

• Leading and driving projects from start to completion
• Responsible for project economy, schedule, and quality
• Establishing and following up on calculations, forecasts, and resource planning
• Supervising installers and ensuring efficient production
• Responsible for purchasing materials and coordinating with suppliers
• Handling deviations, change orders, and additional work (ÄTA)
• Ensuring work is performed according to contracts, authority requirements, and internal procedures
• Maintaining and developing customer relationships
• Following up on project results and contributing to good profitability

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience from the electrical industry and enjoy a role where you get to take responsibility and drive projects forward.

We prefer that you have:

• At least 5 years of work experience in the electrical industry
• Experience in project management or supervision in electrical installation
• Experience in project economy, budget, and calculation
• Experience in planning and resource management in projects
• Good computer skills
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Highly meritorious if you can perform calculation work in Maxicode
