About the Role

As a store controller, you work independently in stores to prevent shrinkage.

The main duties are to monitor customers and intervene in cases of minor theft or theft and vandalism in accordance with existing rules and laws.

In addition to detecting thefts, it involves providing advice and suggestions to minimize thefts and shrinkage through store design.

The positions offered are on-demand employment with varying working hours.

You should have the ability to convey security to our customer and their employees by being competent, reliable, and responsible. We also value good communication skills and a high degree of security-mindedness and flexibility.

Naturally, we also expect you to be drug-free, have no criminal record, and have organized personal finances.

We see that you have:

- Completed Security Guard Training part 1 and 2 (VU1, VU2) with a passing result.

- Worked as a store controller previously is an advantage.
