Personal Assistants for a Young Boy with Neurodevelopmental Disorder Diagnoses in Uppsala

We are looking for you/those who want to work as a personal assistant for a young boy.

You should be a calm, stable, and secure person who has a low affective approach towards the user. Experience working with autism and ADHD is highly meritorious.

Work Shifts

Assistance occurs during all waking hours excluding school time. We are seeking staff for day and evening shifts.

Job Duties

To provide support in the user's daily life at home, during activities, and in various everyday situations. The work is very active and includes, among other things, swimming and play.

It is important that you enjoy moving around.

You will help create structure and security in daily life, be involved in activities, and contribute to a positive and meaningful existence.

Your mission is to support and guide the user in their development and daily routines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You who are applying are a woman aged 30-50 (according to the user's request).

• Proficient in Swedish very well, both in speech and writing

• Possession of a Class B driver's license is meritorious

• Is secure, responsible, and professional

• Is attentive, curious, proactive, and engaged

• Has experience with children and is comfortable in a family environment

• Is active, positive, and takes own initiatives easily
