Personal Assistant Trosa - Join Our Wonderful Team

We need to expand our team and we are looking for you who wants to become part of a wonderful team.

I am looking for someone who has a close connection to laughter, possesses a natural ability for caregiving, and has a well-functioning on-off switch, as the work with me can vary in activity level. If you have previous experience in care and nursing, it is a plus. If you have a strong desire to learn and the personal chemistry matches, you will receive thorough training from us.

My assistants work in a small, tight-knit group and we do many fun things during the days. I have double staffing during daytime between 08-20 and single staffing awake night 22-08.

Now we need to strengthen our dream team with an additional full-time and a part-time position (approximately 65%) during daytime. For the summer, we need some hourly employees who can step in during vacations and illness.

My assistants work on a rotating 6-week schedule and the working hours for daytime are 08-20 or 08-22 all days of the week. In a full-time position, you work approximately 13 days per month.

So who am I? I am a joyful man living with a broken neck and am 100% paralyzed. This means I need help with everything in my daily life. I live without breathing support, eat and speak normally. Considering my care needs, all the assistive devices you can imagine are available to facilitate my daily life and for my assistants in their work.

I live in Trosa with my wife in our villa and the assistants have their own living room and kitchen. The public transportation to Trosa during weekends and summer can be poor, so a prerequisite is that you have a driver's license and your own car. I also have my own car that we often go out driving in, so it's good if you enjoy driving.

Good Swedish in speech and writing is an absolute requirement. It is of utmost importance that we all can understand each other.
