Personal Assistant in Trosa – Join Our Wonderful Team

We need to grow our team and are looking for you to become part of a wonderful group.

I am looking for someone who is quick to laugh, has a natural caregiving ability, and a good on-off switch, as the work with me can vary in activity level. Previous experience in care and nursing is a plus. If you have a strong desire to learn and the personal chemistry fits, we will provide you with thorough training.

My assistants work in a small, tight-knit group, and we do a lot of fun things during the days. I have double staffing during the day between 08:00 and 20:00 and single staffing for awake nights from 22:00 to 08:00.

Now we need to strengthen our dream team with one full-time and one part-time (about 65%) position during the day. For the summer, we need some hourly employees who can step in during vacations and illness.

My assistants work on a rotating 6-week schedule, and the working hours for daytime are 08:00 to 20:00 or 08:00 to 22:00, every day of the week. For full-time positions, you work about 13 days per month.

Who am I then? I am a joyful man living with a broken neck and am 100% paralyzed. This means I need help with everything in my daily life. I live without breathing support, eat, and talk as usual. Considering my care needs, all the assistive devices you can imagine are available to make my daily life easier and to support my assistants in their work.

I live in Trosa with my wife in our villa, and the assistants have their own living room and kitchen. Transportation to Trosa on weekends and in the summer can be poor, so a prerequisite is that you have a driver's license and your own car. I also have my own car that we often go out driving in, so it's good if you enjoy driving.

Good Swedish in speech and writing is an absolute requirement. It is of utmost importance that we can all understand each other.
