We are looking for a reliable, calm, punctual, responsible, and flexible woman who wants to work as a personal assistant and become a stable part of daily life in a secure home in Eslöv.

You take your own initiatives and see opportunities instead of problems.

You must have an understanding of the client and their situation and be able to solve any arising issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications and characteristics:

• You should have experience working with children (preferably with special needs).

• Are responsible and self-assured.

• Can collaborate but also work independently.

• Have sufficient knowledge of Swedish to communicate with a child in everyday situations.

• Are calm, patient, and show respect for the family's routines and structure.

• Have positive energy and can take instructions seriously.

Experience is advantageous – the most important thing is the right personality, willingness to learn, and a respectful approach.

Important:

• You must have a valid work permit and be able to present it upon employment.

• Non-smoking during working hours.

• Discretion and respect for the family's privacy are crucial.

About the position:

• Permanent employment may be possible.

• Work takes place in the home, with both day and night shifts according to schedule.

• During night shifts, there are 4 hours of on-call sleeping.

• Introduction and training are provided on-site.
