About the client

The client is a cheerful 34-year-old woman who lives in her own apartment in Södertälje. She has round-the-clock assistance and needs significant support to manage her daily life. Her daily routine includes physical activity and exercise, making it important that her assistants are in good physical condition and capable of lifting as part of the work.

The client has no independent mobility and no verbal language of her own. Therefore, it is important that the assistant can learn to interpret her signals to understand her wishes and instructions. The assistant role requires great responsibility and the ability for presence and empathy.

What does the role of personal assistant involve?

As a personal assistant, you will provide support in daily activities, such as personal hygiene, household chores, shopping, exercise, and accompanying to activities and meetings. The work is adapted to the client's individual needs and wishes, with the goal of creating a safe, personalized, and meaningful daily life.

Qualifications

• Good physical ability (lifting and exercise are part of the work)
• Experience in care or personal assistance is meritorious
• You are attentive, flexible, and responsible
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

About the position

We are seeking temporary substitute staff in Södertälje and surrounding areas. Shifts are scheduled at various times throughout the day, requiring some flexibility. Working hours vary as the client has round-the-clock assistance, and it is important that you can be available when needed.
