We are currently seeking staff to work as substitutes during regular staff illness/leave, with the possibility of a permanent position.

I live in Borgsjöbyn and prefer that you are able to get here on your own, as public transportation is limited.

About You

We are looking for someone who is positive, empathetic, and has the ability to work independently. You take responsibility, are flexible, and can make your own decisions. Attentiveness, respect for others' lifestyles, and a solution-oriented approach are important qualities. Social competence and personal maturity are highly valued.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

About the Work

As my assistant, you will support me in daily life, both in my home and wherever I am. Work tasks include, among others:

• Walking
• Cooking
• Cleaning
• Personal hygiene

Work shifts are scheduled during day, evening, and night according to the schedule. Working hours vary between 24-hour shifts 08 - 06, day shifts 08 - 17 and evening/night 18 - 06, both weekdays and weekends, with on-call duty during nighttime,

You do not need specific care training, but it is meritorious. The most important thing is that we work well together. Note that there are animals in the home, so you should not be allergic.
