Social Worker or Equivalent Educational Background – We are looking for you who wants to be part of our team.

About the Job

We are seeking an engaged and responsible person with a social work degree or equivalent education. In this role, you will work closely with both clients and colleagues to create a safe and supportive environment for those we help.

The tasks are varied and include among others:

• Support Calls and Safety Conversations – You provide emotional support and security to people in vulnerable situations.
• Practical Support in Daily Life – Helping clients create structure in their daily lives through practical interventions.
• Support in Agency Contacts – Assist with applications, meetings, and contact with social services, schools, healthcare, and other societal institutions.
• Childcare When Needed – Safe and responsible interventions for children in clients' households.
• Documentation – Keep accurate notes and reports according to the company's guidelines.
• Picking Up Clients During Placement – Travels within Sweden to ensure clients arrive safely.

We are looking for you who has experience working with people in difficult life situations. You are a safe and stable person with a natural ability to build trust. Your calmness and attentiveness allow you to adapt your approach to each individual and situation.

Meritorious experiences and knowledge:

• Previous work with agency functions within social services
• Knowledge of IPV (Intimate Partner Violence) and HRV (Honor-Related Violence)
• Experience with MI (Motivational Interviewing) and other conversation methods

Requirements:

• Class B Driver's License

Employment Conditions

• Full-time, daytime
• Scheduled Weekly On-Call Duty – some weeks involve telephone on-call duty at home, travels to pick up clients around Sweden, and being able to respond on-site to provide support in acute needs.
• Individual salary setting
• Extract from the criminal records register will be requested
