Description

Reviv works nationally to provide support, guidance, and security to individuals in vulnerable and high-risk life situations. We offer protection, structure, and support in processes where individuals break free from destructive environments.

We are seeking you who are engaged and responsible to join our team working with protective placements in the areas of exit from crime, Intimate Partner Violence, and Honor-related contexts.


WORK TASKS

As a qualified contact person, you work closely with the individual and provide support in both daily life and contacts with authorities.

Intimate Partner Violence

  • Work with protectively placed individuals who have been exposed to intimate partner violence.
  • Conduct security assessments in collaboration with colleagues and external actors.
  • Support the client in crisis responses, stabilization, safety planning, and rebuilding.
  • Hold motivating, supportive, and structured conversations with a focus on trauma and violence understanding.


General Work Tasks

  • Provide practical support based on developed planning regarding livelihood, employment, and other need areas.
  • Support in creating meaningful daily life and leisure time.
  • Document continuously through record-keeping.
  • Perform drug tests as needed.
  • Support the individual in ADL skills.
  • Participate in meetings and follow-ups together with other actors.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Completed or ongoing post-secondary education as a treatment assistant, social or special educator, or equivalent education.
  • Experience working with Intimate Partner Violence – for example, sheltered housing, social services, support calls, women's shelters, or similar operations.
  • Experience with work involving contact with various authorities (e.g., social services, police, healthcare).
  • Good communication skills and experience in motivating work.
  • Training and experience in MI - Motivational Interviewing.
  • Experience with documentation.


MERITS

  • In-depth training on intimate partner violence, e.g., FREDA, Patriark, SARA, risk assessment, or trauma understanding.
  • Training in RP - Relapse Prevention.
  • Meritorious with professional experience working with the target group, preferably in the areas of crime, addiction care, social services, or psychiatry.
  • Training in LAB - Low Arousal Approach.
  • Training and experience in BBIC - Children's Needs in Focus.
  • License to perform KSL - Crime as a Lifestyle.

DRIVER'S LICENSE

  • Swedish B driver's license required - preferably with access to own car.


ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT

  • The position is an hourly employment based on the operation's needs.
  • We try as much as possible to match our needs with your availability, but the client's and operation's needs always govern the planning. Needs may exist during daytime, evening, and weekend.
  • We offer a fixed hourly wage.
