Job Description
As a family home consultant, your main task will be to assess family homes and provide support and guidance to the family homes during the placement period. You are involved in planning and conducting training, lectures, and well-being days, and participate in follow-up meetings and collaboration meetings related to the placements.
Your role involves working from your home, and a large part of your work includes travel where you will visit the family homes. Travel to physical meetings and guidance will also be part of the role. Your training and some work as a new employee will be located at our offices.
Your role is to work in close collaboration with family homes and contribute to creating positive development for the children and their families.

In addition to the above, you are a perceptive and empathetic person who is comfortable offering continuous support and advice, with a strong focus on identifying suitable families who can provide the best care and support to the child.
We view it positively if you have personal experience as a family home.
In addition to the above qualities, we desire the following competence and knowledge:
- You are educated as a Social Worker or have an equivalent university degree
- At least 2-4 years of experience working with family home care
- Driver's license B and access to your own car is a requirement.

- Start immediately as agreed
- Car travel occurs frequently in the role, and you work from your home
- You have trust-based working hours, meaning you plan your own work schedule while it is expected that you work some hours on evenings and weekends based on the organization's best interests
