Business Description:

Habilitation Service is a family-owned company operating in private healthcare and care. We specialize in severe behavioral issues within LSS and we work behaviorally therapeutically.

For Hälleby Group Residence, we are now seeking an employee on probationary employment. Hälleby Group Residence is located in Risberga outside Knivsta. There is space for three disabled/autistic individuals aged 18-65 years.

Education/Experience

We are looking for you who are self-sufficient and have high work capacity and morale, are receptive to supervision, and work according to the business's policies and routines. You will gain in-depth knowledge about work with severe behavioral issues. You have high work ethics and are not afraid to be delegated responsibility. Daily activities are conducted independently, and you as an employee also participate and work there. Your education is at least the nursing program or equivalent. Other relevant education is meritorious. It is important that you have previous experience working with disabled individuals. You express yourself very well verbally and in writing.

Job Duties

We are seeking an assistant nurse with willingness and energy, who understands the importance of good treatment. You have several years of work experience in the profession, good communication skills, are quick to see opportunities, and want to help develop the current business. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Your work will be to work towards the goals and instructions set jointly with and by the group manager and supervisor. The workplace is a permanent group residence for disabled adults, who need constant support in their daily living and training in specific areas—however, heavy lifting is not common. The work methods are very stimulating and developing for you who have an ambition to work with disabled individuals with severe behavioral issues. Our work approach is characterized by continuous supervision, training, and evaluation where your collaboration skills become important.

The work involves daytime, evening, and nighttime. Both weekdays and holidays.

We work distinctly behaviorally therapeutically, which is why we seek employees who have experience with and/or a pronounced interest in such work methods.
