About the position

We are now seeking summer substitutes for the period weeks 26–33 who want to work with supporting individuals with mental illness and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities in their daily lives.

As a housing support worker, you work with individually tailored support in the client's home environment based on assistance assessments from social services. The work involves an independent and varied assignment where you make a real difference in people's lives.

Job duties

• Structure and planning in daily life

• Cleaning, laundry, and household chores

• Shopping and cooking

• Contact with authorities and mail management

• Financial overview/bills according to implementation plan

• Social training and motivation work

• Documentation according to current legislation and routines

We are looking for you who

Are confident, responsible, and have a professional approach. You need to be able to work independently, make your own decisions in daily life, and at the same time understand the value of structure, documentation, and collaboration.

We believe you have:

• Experience in work within social psychiatry, LSS, psychiatry, or similar operations

• Good Swedish in speech and writing

• Ability to build trusting relationships and set professional boundaries

• A solution-focused and respectful way of working

Merits:

• Education as a mental health nurse, nursing assistant, treatment pedagogue, social work student, or equivalent relevant education

• Experience with documentation in ParaSol

• Class B driver's license

Other

• The work is primarily scheduled during daytime weekdays, but some variation may occur

• Our clients are located throughout Stockholm City, which involves travel between assignments during the workday

• We place great importance on personal suitability
