FriBo Support Residence
FriBo Support Residence is a support and training residence located on the outskirts of Huskvarna, targeting young people aged 16–20 years, as specified in Chapter 7, Section 1 of the Social Services Act. FriBo Support Residence is licensed for 14 places. At FriBo Support Residence, you live if you have difficulty making life work without help and support. This may include challenges in the home environment, or if you come from a previous placement in a foster home or institution and need an intermediate step towards independent living. It could also involve psychosocial issues or some form of mental/intellectual disability that creates limitations and difficulties in life situations. FriBo Support Residence works with support, training, care, and guidance to create conditions for achieving a more sustainable, independent, and ultimately functional life situation.
About the Role
The role as a treatment educator/social educator involves planning, implementing, and following up on educational and treatment interventions based on individual needs. The work is built on creating secure relationships, motivating change, and strengthening the young person's ability for independence in the areas of:
· Housing and personal care
· Finances
· Employment
· Social contacts and leisure
· Health
It also includes documenting interventions, participating in planning meetings, and development work. You serve as a support for the young person, and together you develop strategies to achieve goals in daily life.
In the operation, there are method developers who support in the daily work. There are engaged managers close to you who spend part of their time working in the operation.
Working hours are scheduled for daytime, evening, and weekends.

Requirements
- We are looking for you if you are educated as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or have at least a two-year post-secondary education such as treatment educator/social educator.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, in speech and writing
- Good computer skills, experience with documentation work.
- Class B driver's license
It is also advantageous if you:
Have previous experience from similar operations. Have experience working with children and young people with psychosocial issues, neuropsychiatry, and psychiatry. And have experience with CBT, MI, and/or other evidence-based methods
