Description

InDomi AB is a group that operates HVB homes for youth, supported housing for adults, enhanced foster care, and psychiatric care via JeWe psychiatry. The common factor across the entire group is the high ambition regarding quality.

At Rosenhill Teen Home, we work with children and youth between 12–18 years old. Rosenhill is an HVB home for youth who expose their health and development to significant risks through issues in social interaction, relationship problems with parents, peers, and have inadequate or failed schooling. The youth may have destructive social circles and be at risk of falling into substance abuse, crime, or other destructive behavior, neuropsychiatric difficulties. The methods we currently work with are TBA, MI, RePulse, ACRA, ÅP, and HAP. We also have a low-arousal approach and a humanistic worldview.

At Rosenhill, you will get an exciting and rewarding job with varied tasks. You come to your workplace with energy and joy. As staff and an employee with us, you are professional, attentive, responsible, caring, independent, curious, creative, and engaged. You are secure, clear, and treat our youth with respect and have a low-arousal approach.

There are both day and overnight shifts with sleeping on-call duty.
