Residential Support Worker Summer Temporary Position

We are seeking a residential support worker for a summer temporary position with start date as agreed.

Work on evenings and weekends may occur.

Sympati AB provides residential support services of high quality to over 850 people in Stockholm City, Solna City, and Lidingö.

In addition to education focused on social work or care and nursing, we prefer that you have the ability to work independently, are empathetic and communicative, and have a pedagogical approach with the ability to motivate others. We also prefer that you have experience working in psychiatry or LSS. Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English are desirable.
