Temporary Substitutes for Imera's Group Homes in Uppsala

Imera AB is seeking temporary substitutes and holiday substitutes for our LSS group homes in Uppsala and Morgongåva. With us, you will have meaningful work where you make a difference for people with complex needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support users in daily life according to individual needs and implementation plans.

• Create a safe and respectful environment.

• Handle challenging situations with calm and professionalism.

• Document according to current routines.

• The work may include overnight on-call duty.

About You:

We are looking for you who have relevant education, for example from the Care and Social Services program or vocational education in social pedagogy, psychiatry, or similar. You have very good Swedish in speech and writing and a Class B driver's license (requirement).

It is a requirement that you have experience from care and social services, LSS, or psychiatry.

You are calm, stable, professional, and can handle stress and conflict situations. You have good physical and mental endurance.

Working Hours: evening, weekend, and overnight on-call duty.
