Work Supervisor for Imera's Daily Activities (LSS)

Imera AB is now seeking a work supervisor for our Daily Activities in Uppsala. With us, you will have meaningful work where you make a real difference for people with functional variations and complex support needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support participants in their daily activities based on individual goals and implementation plans.

• Create structure, security, and participation in the activities.

• Supervise participants in work-like and educational activities.

• Work with communication support and individualized methods.

• Handle challenging situations with secure and low-affect approaches.

• Document according to current routines.

About You:

We are looking for you who have relevant education, for example in social pedagogy, nursing assistant, support assistant/LSS, care and nursing, or equivalent.

You have very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and hold a B driver's license, which is a requirement for employment.

It is meritorious if you have experience from LSS, daily activities, NPF area, AAC, or behavioral support.

You are secure, stable, professional, and have a good ability to create structure and adapt your approach according to the individual's needs.

Working Hours:
