We at Noa personal assistance AB are now looking for a new star for a lovely team outside Lund.

They need a new substitute who can step in as needed, during illness, and now during the summer while regular staff are on vacation. Perfect for you who want to work a little extra.

We are now looking for a warm, engaged, and responsible personal assistant for a lovely soon-to-be 9-year-old boy.

He lives together with his mother, father, little sister, and little brother in a home where there is a lot of love, laughter, play, and sometimes a good deal of mischief.

The boy has a muscle disease (L1), hydrocephalus, and epilepsy and has a button (gastrostomy). He gets food by being fed and gets fluids via the button because he does not like to drink by himself.

He uses a corset due to scoliosis, foot orthoses, and various aids in daily life such as a lift and standing frame. During outdoor activities, he gets around in a wheelchair.

Indoors, he loves being on the floor where he can roll around, play, and have fun together with his siblings. Music, dance, and water play are some of his absolute favorite things and something that often fills his days with joy.

As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in his daily life. The work includes, among other things, assistance with meals, personal care, transfers, stretching according to schedule, and participating in play and activities based on his needs and daily condition. On weekdays, he goes to school from 8:30 to 16:00 where he does not have assistance.

. Have a calm and secure approach

. Non-smoker

Previous experience with personal assistance or work with people with disabilities is meritorious but not required. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

The work takes place in a home with children, which means you need to thrive in a family environment where there is sometimes a high tempo, play, laughter, and lively moments.

Due to fur allergies in the family, it is important that you come to work with clean clothes and without pet hair.

Working hours: Evenings (17-22), nights (22-07.35 or 20-08.30), daytime/weekend (08.30-20)
