We are seeking:

An employee for permanent full-time employment starting as soon as possible.

Base salary from 25,600 SEK + supplements for experience and relevant education.

The employment begins with a 6-month probationary period.

A driver's license and access to a car are required!

Mariagården is a social-therapeutic LSS facility inspired by Anthroposophy located about two miles outside Umeå. We have five group homes and an extensive daily activity program. Mariagården has been operated since 1964 by an employee association without profit motive.

About the residence: As a residential supervisor, you provide our residents with the support they need in daily life through personal care and attention, and shape their leisure time and weekends. You offer support and assistance so that the residents can manage all the chores that occur in a home. You support and enable the residents' choices to participate in social activities based on their wishes and possibilities. You provide continuity and security in the social environment. The work tasks include, among other things, written documentation and handling the chores in communal spaces and staff areas.

Are you the one we are looking for: You should be confident, calm, and able to work with low affect. You need to have a sense of order and structure. You will be part of a work team and therefore need to be able to collaborate, work according to established routines, and communicate with others. We prefer that you have experience in similar work and that you have a caregiving education or equivalent. We place great importance on personal suitability.
