Personal Assistant for a Woman in Helsingborg - 70%

We are now seeking a new personal assistant to join our team in Helsingborg. The assignment is for a woman in her 40s living with the diagnosis of MS.

The client prefers female assistants aged 25–50 years. This role suits you if you want to work closely with another person and make a real difference in everyday life. We are looking for you who have a positive attitude and genuine commitment to working with people. It is a requirement that you have previous experience in care and nursing. You are responsible, reliable, and confident in working both independently and together with others. You need to have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, and be flexible and able to adapt to different situations and the client's individual needs. We value that you are attentive, take responsibility, and are quick to learn new tasks. The work tasks involve assisting the client in daily life, which may include personal hygiene, meals, and social activities. You will also support the client in maintaining social contacts, participate in various activities, and contribute to a meaningful and active leisure time. An important part of the work is also to help create a safe, stable, and stimulating environment.

The employment begins as an hourly employment with the possibility to later transition to the employment form "for as long as the assignment lasts". The role currently covers approximately 70 percent, but there is an opportunity for a higher employment rate for the right person. The working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts, from 8 AM to 2 PM or 2 PM to 10 PM, primarily on weekdays, but weekends may also occur.
