We are looking for a leisure leader/social educator

We are a company that has been running HVB homes, supported housing, and family homes in a professional manner for over 20 years.

Villa Vita Högagärdet is an HVB for men and women with addiction problems often combined with mental illness, NPF, or other life challenges.

The treatment is CBT-based in combination with milieu therapy. There is space for 14 clients aged 20 - 65 years.

Your role will be to be on-site during afternoons, evenings, and weekends. The position also includes on-call duty with overnight stays in your own room in the main building.

You are confident in yourself, have a good ability to establish contact and interact with people with respect and clarity. You have a genuine interest in the target group and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You need to be able to inspire and have ideas about various activities.

Högagärdet offers a gym, table tennis, a studio with pottery wheels, a music room, a yoga room, and fantastic walking trails. The unit also has a lovely garden with a greenhouse, raised beds, and a small chicken coop.

You will have many good conversations and plenty of laughter together with the residents. You need to have a driver's license both to get to Högagärdet and to run various errands and outings together with clients.

The schedule lines that are now to be filled involve working approximately 65%. The base salary is set based on education and experience. Overtime pay and on-call compensation are added according to agreement.

A probationary period applies. An extract from the criminal record will be conducted before any employment.
