Job Duties
We are seeking a supervisor to work with youth from mid-June until mid-August. The youth will be responsible for renting out canoes to members and visitors. They will also work on refreshing the association's premises and the surrounding area. Painting and some carpentry may also be involved.
The role includes being involved in creating a meaningful and fun summer job for the youth. As a supervisor, your main task is to work with service and supervise the youth in their work. The supervisor will plan the workday for the group, assign tasks, and guide and coach the youth. We prefer that you are a craft-interested and sports-knowledgeable supervisor.
Education/Experience
A completed high school diploma.
Swedish in speech and writing.
It is advantageous if you have previously worked with youth and have a Class B driver's license, but not required.
The salary is 160 SEK/hour.
