Family Home Guide is seeking a Family Home Consultant

If you are a social worker or have a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and want to work in a small company with opportunities for development and further education, we are interested in you.

Family Home Guide needs new employees, and we are currently looking for you who have experience in social work, family home care, or treatment work. We prefer that you can handle stress and enjoy challenges. We would like you to have a sense of humor and be passionately interested in good and trusting relationships.

As a family home consultant, you work with the entire process that includes recruitment, investigation, training, and providing support, guidance, and supervision to our family homes. Currently, we are in a work process where we are investing extra heavily in recruitment and investigation work. Our family homes are primarily located in Sörmland, Västmanland, Uppsala, Östergötland, Örebro, and the Stockholm area.

Family Home Guide also works with reinforced family home care, which means that a parent is at home full-time, and we provide support to both the family and the placed individual from our treatment team. As a consultant, you will be part of our team.

We offer you a position with trust-based working hours, meaning you have the responsibility to plan and prioritize work based on the organization's needs.

Our main office is located in Vagnhärad, Trosa municipality.

About Us

Family Home Guide has IVO permission to conduct consultant-supported family home care and open care. The organization offers support and supervision to our family homes and treatment interventions to our reinforced family homes and the placed individual. We have developed a work model "A Process in Motion" that is process-oriented with a focus on the interaction between family home parents and the placed individual according to "Guiding Interaction" ICDP with an emphasis on development-promoting interaction.

The organization started in 1996 and has grown with a focus on quality and the best interests of the child. Our ambition has always been to be at the forefront of quality development in family home care in Sweden. Part of our quality work has been to develop our structured work model A Process in Motion.
