Personal Assistant in Ängelholm

Lyckliga Nycklar provides personal assistance on a small scale, primarily in Northwestern Skåne. Personal contact is important to us. We have extensive experience in personal assistance within a large organization, and we use that knowledge in what we are passionate about: the small-scale format. We have close collaboration between the client and all employees, where we develop both collectively and individually.

We are seeking a personal assistant for a middle-aged woman with her own home in Ängelholm. She is a strong personality with a great sense of humor, but also deep emotions. It is a challenging job where you as an assistant will need to use low-affect approaches and clear guidelines. The client has her own car and a driver's license is required. She loves hockey and traveling, so if you cheer for Rögle, that's fantastic!

Previous experience working with individuals with diagnoses within the autism spectrum is meritorious, as is experience with outwardly aggressive behaviors. As support in your work, you as an employee will receive continuous training and supervision. We place great importance on developing the work while maintaining the security that a stable daily routine provides.

We are seeking staff for approximately an 80% position. Shifts are between 15 and 24 hours long with overnight on-call duty.
