Residential Support Worker, substitute on an hourly basis

We are seeking engaged hourly substitutes for our supported housing facility.

We prefer that you can start the position in the near future as our need is great.

We prefer that you have previous experience from similar positions. You might be in training and in need of extra work. We offer day and night shifts, weekends as well as weekdays.

In the work, you have a supportive function, work with ADL training to help clients achieve a functional daily life, and perform drug screenings, documentation, and handle medications based on delegation. We prioritize a safe and secure work environment.

Requirement of a B driver's license.

We are looking for you who feel that you have a great commitment to our clients and target group. You are stress-resistant and responsible, and see opportunities instead of problems.

Target group: Adults with addiction and co-occurring disorders. We accept both women and men.

The supported housing facility is located in Riddarhyttan.

Serigmo is a care and welfare company that, among other things, offers services in residential care homes, short-term housing, supported housing, and discharge apartments for adults with various forms of addiction to alcohol, narcotics, and medications.
