We are looking for you who want to make a difference – every day. The client is a cheerful, active, and social young man who is now seeking a reliable and engaged personal assistant.

About the assignment:

As a personal assistant, you will:

• Support the assistance user in daily life, both at home and in daily activities

• Accompany on walks, café visits, and other everyday activities

• Help create structure and security in daily life

• Work according to clear job descriptions and implementation plans

We are looking for you who:

• Are independent, secure, and have good judgment

• Have resilience and can take responsibility in various situations

• Enjoy working closely with another person in their home

• Have a genuine interest in people

• Are not allergic – the client is very fond of animals

• Have a B driver's license for manual transmission (a requirement, as driving is part of the work)

• Can work 24-hour shifts with on-call sleeping duty

Believe it is important to have quick and direct communication and feedback

Meritorious (but not required):

• Experience working with autism

• Knowledge of AAC (alternative and augmentative communication)

Working hours:

• 24-hour shifts with on-call sleeping duty 3.5 hours according to schedule

We are also seeking substitutes as needed who can step in during the regular assistant's illness or vacation.
